Who we are
Foundry Solutions is an AI consulting and delivery firm. In this policy, "we," "us," and "Foundry" mean Foundry Solutions. If you have any question about this policy or your information, contact us at hello@foundrysolutions.ai.
What we collect
We collect information in three ways.
When you browse the site. With your consent, we use analytics cookies that collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Analytics do not run until you accept them in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the details.
When you contact us. Our contact form collects your name, email, company, and your message so we can respond.
When you use the AI Maturity Assessment. The assessment collects the information you provide: your name, work email, company, role, industry, company size, and your answers about your goals, challenges, tools, and business. If you choose to upload documents (for example org charts, process documents, or spreadsheets), we process those too. Please do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to run and deliver the AI Maturity Assessment and send you your report, to understand and improve our website and services, and, only where you have agreed, to follow up with you about your results or about how Foundry might help.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose:

These providers process your information on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship. AI Maturity Assessment records, including any uploaded documents, are automatically deleted after 12 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to or withdraw consent for certain uses. To make a request, email hello@foundrysolutions.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or through your browser settings. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to use the site.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and limits on how data is handled. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
